Asset Management

The Cloudwize team will asset tag and document your IT equipment which assists us in managing and running accurate diagnostics and updates. Knowing what hardware is attached to your networks also enables us to promptly diagnose and fix issues that may arise.

We manage warranty claims for assets that are sourced through us along with critical licence renewals, so you know when they are due. This prevents core services from failing because a renewal was missed.

Proactive asset management is a key plank in our ability to deliver the most critical outcome for you – network uptime. Working with aged, obsolete, out of warranty, expired hardware and software or running an unsupported operating system can take your operations down.
