  • Great opportunity to progress your technical skills
  • Ready access to the tools you need to do your job

Cloudwize is a managed services provider with a clear strategy of proactively managing and maintaining business critical infrastructure for regionally headquartered businesses across Australia. Our focus is to delight our customers with exceptional response times and collaborating with them to utilise the technology they need (not what we can sell).

While headquartered in Tamworth, NSW, our team and our clients are geographically spread. An opportunity now exists to expand our team servicing the Central West of NSW.

We have invested in best practice tools, including Connectwise, IT Glue and Brightgauge, to ensure our team is able to professionally and efficiently support our clients’ needs. We are very supportive of staff who are self-motivated in progressing their own training and development.

While we do no advertising or marketing, our business has doubled in size thanks to referrals from happy clients. This has created an opportunity for another customer focussed IT professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • An excellent customer service ethos
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and view challenges from different perspectives
  • A desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

Desirable technical expertise to succeed in this role includes:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Experience supporting and implementing Microsoft Exchange, SQL, Office 365
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Active Directory administration skills
  • LAN/WAN communications/configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Commercial backup solutions (such as StorageCraft, Veeam)
  • Virtual server environments with VMware/Hyper-V
  • Firewall, router and general network knowledge
  • Manage anti-virus, anti-spam and web-filtering solutions

If the technical challenges that come with supporting a wide and varied client environment interests you, AND you want to find a workplace where you can excel both professionally and personally, then you should be working for Cloudwize.

Please email your cover letter and resume to hr@cloudwize.com.au.

Only applications from those with right to work in Australia will be accepted.
